Short synopsis:

Stroke rehabilitation is the most effective intervention in lowering mortality rate and enhancing activities of daily living improvement. This session will provide overall view of rehabilitation intervention among stroke patients.  There are five slots giving different view on rehabilitation: 1) Case introduction to stroke care, 2) Rehabilitation services in Malaysia. 3) Overview of Domiciliary Care Service in Malaysia. 4) A study on factors associated with activities of daily living improvement among stroke patients in Kelantan. 5) Burden of carers and what are their needs.
