Short synopsis:
Against all odd is about our experience managing young gynaecology malignancy cases in HUSM. These include cases of endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and breast cancer involving infertile and ongoing pregnancy patient. Deviation from gold standard management may put us at risk of failure of treatment and might affect the pregnancy. Is there any hope for the patient to mothering a child when they were diagnosed with gynaecology malignancy that need surgical removal of the uterus or while they are expecting a baby?
